Defects of Discussion in Teaching and its Corresponding Improvements.

Abstract

Discussion in teaching has been proved to be a type of feasible and practical way of teaching, which is widely-used in teaching practices of varied disciplines. However, there are still some defects in this form of teaching. How to further improve such a kind of way of teaching is what scholars and teachers care about. This thesis aims to uncover the defects in discussion in teaching and propose the corresponding improvements. The thesis explores the defects on the basis of comprehensive analysis of principle and teaching practices. The result shows that this form of teaching sets higher requirements for background knowledge, classroom control and classroom time. According to the diagnosis, the author has put forward corresponding improvements. In order to test the validity, the author has adopted a large number of facts and statistics. The result proves that providing students with background knowledge in advance, strengthening preparations and organization of class are applicable to overcome the defects of discussion in teaching so as to make this form of teaching more efficient.

摘 要

討論式教學法已被證明是1種行之有效、實用的教學方法,在各種學科的教學實踐中,它得到廣泛的.應用。但是,這種教學形式仍然存在著1些缺陷。怎樣進1步改進這1教學形式是許多學者和老師關心的事情。所以,這篇文章旨在揭示該教學形式存在的缺陷及提出對應的改進辦法。為了找出其中的缺陷,文章對其原理和具體的教學實踐做了大量的分析。結果表明,該教學形式對背景知識、課堂控制和課堂時間方面提出了更高的要求。根據診斷,作者提出了相應的改進辦法。同時,為了測試這些辦法的有效性,文章當中採用了大量的事實和資料做支撐。結果表明,通過提前給學生更多的背景知識、加強課堂準備和組織可以在1定程度上克服這些缺陷。從而使這種教學方法使用起來會更有效。
