Abstract
Eugene A. Nida believes that the best translation doesnt sound like a translation. But that is not easy. Since there are differences in the source language and the target language, both conscious and subconscious transfer is inevitable in translationese. The result of such transfer is translationese. To some extent, the process of translation is the process of overcoming translationese.
Based on the experience of translating Naton Leslies "Dont Get Comfortable”, this author tries to examine and analyze what translationese is, why it arises and how to avoid it.
The first part introduces the definition of "translationese".
The second part provides some examples and analyzes the reasons that result in translationese.
The third part deals with how to avoid translationese.
The last part comes to the conclusion.

摘 要
翻譯腔是關係到譯文質量的大問題。有無翻譯腔，或翻譯腔輕重與否，與譯者的文字素養、表達能力等直接相關。從某種意義上講，譯者進行表達的過程就是不斷克服翻譯腔的過程。奈達認為：“優秀的譯作聽起來不像翻譯過來的。”
本文主要是作者在翻譯了不能掉以輕心之後對翻譯腔的.1些看法。
第1部分主要是介紹什麼是翻譯腔。
第2部分舉例說明了翻譯腔產生的原因。
第3部分探討的是應如何避免翻譯腔。
第4部分是結論，作者總結對翻譯腔的看法。
