摘 要
21世紀是資訊的時代，隨著人們的生活水平的提高，計算機在人們生活中越來越普及。在網路時代的今天，盜版軟體的猖獗令各大軟體商為之汗顏，軟體防盜版的重要性在計算機領域裡變得更為重要。本設計的`目的是對目前各公司、企業中開發辦公所需用到的大型貴重軟體進行防拷貝保護。該系採用對軟硬體加密的方式，通過對系統的初步註冊，對網路IP的設定以及區域網的網路定時稽核來實現對這些大型軟體的防拷貝保護。本系統在設計時，有針對性地把設計重點放在了網路的資料稽核上，對區域網的結構體系進行了分析，增加了系統的安全性，強化了系統的功能。從而避免因公司內部人員對大型軟體的偷盜外洩而造成公司重大損失。本設計思路在軟體防盜版領域內很少見到，這正是本設計的1大創新之處。

【Abstract】
21st century is an informational period. With peoples living standards improving, the computer becomes more and more popular in people’s life. In the time of network today, the propagation of embezzled software makes the software business commerce worried. The importance of the software security becomes more important in the computer domain. The target of this paper is to preserve the macro-valuable software from copy for the companies and corporations. This system preserves the macro-software from copy by encrypting the software and hardware, preliminary registering the system, installing the IP of net and testing the intranet timely. At the time that the system was designed, the designer set the aim on the testing of network data, analyzing the structure system of intranet, enhancing the security of the system and strengthening the of the system. It can prevent the loss which caused by the workers who have stolen the macro-software. This mentality of design is rare in the software security edition domain, and it precisely is the innovation of this design.
