不同隔振系統的效果比較分析

摘 要: 根據力學和振動原理,在單層隔振系統的基礎上,建立了彈簧並聯的並聯隔振系統和彈簧串並聯的混合隔振系統的力學模型。對3種隔振系統的力學模型進行了理論分析,利用Matlab進行了數值分析。使用彈簧並聯的.並聯隔振裝置後在  0.8的條件下也可以起到隔振的作用,得出了彈簧的剛度k可以取得比較大,這會使彈簧可以支撐較大的機器或裝置,而且隔振的作用範圍也擴充套件到了低頻區域。但是單純的彈簧並聯隔振還是有1定的侷限性,又設計了1種彈簧串並混合的方式,使得隔振的作用範圍更廣,能更好的滿足工業需求。

But the pure spring parallelvibration isolation or has the certain limitation, also has designedone kind of spring string and the mix way, causes the vibrationisolation the sphere of action to be broader, can the bettersatisfied industry demand.
