摘要
創業是金融危機背景下促進我國大學畢業生就業的重要途徑。我國大學生“知識失業”始於本世紀初, 且發展為日益緊迫的`經濟和社會問題。在當前國際金融危機的影響下, 國內總體經濟形勢下滑, 使大學生就業形勢更加嚴峻。造成大學生“知識失業”的原因是多方面的。從創業的角度看, 其中之一就是長期以來我國的創業環境極不善,直接影響了大學畢業生的創業與就業。金融危機以來, 中央、地方相關政府部門相繼出臺了一系列政策, 力圖通過改善創業環境促進大學生創業, 這表明扶持大學生創業在當前經濟形勢下對於開拓就業渠道、緩解就業壓力具有更為重要的意義。
