不需要申請費的英國大學：
聖安德魯斯大學 (University of St Andrews)、埃克塞特大學(英文：the University of Exeter;勳銜：Exon)、薩里大學(University of Surrey)、蘭卡斯特大學(Lancaster University)、拉夫堡大學(Loughborough University)、東安格利亞大學(University of East Anglia，簡稱UEA)、約克大學(University of York)、利茲大學(The University of Leeds)、南安普頓大學(University of Southampton)、布里斯托大學(University of Bristol)、萊斯特大學(University of Leicester)、謝菲爾德大學(The University of Sheffield)、薩塞克斯大學(University of Sussex)、格拉斯哥大學(University of Glasgow)、卡迪夫大學(Cardiff University )。
繳費方式
繳納申請費時，需要雙幣信用卡，比如VISA或MASTER;一般需要申請前(每年10月前)，由父母進行辦理，並同時開通境外網路支付功能。在申校時，需要提交持卡人的姓名、卡號、卡有效期、卡背面後3位，學校會進行扣款，一般只有完成申請費的支付，才能完成整個申請過程。

為什麼申請英國院校需要提交申請費?
第一，很多知名院校申請者太多，太多的申請材料超過學校的處理能力，學校需要僱傭大量人力來處理;
第二，避免學生海量投遞，給學校帶來不必要的審理壓力。很多學生因為學校不要申請費，會同時申請很多院校，給學校的申請系統帶來巨大的壓力，同時也增加學校的審理壓力。
基於以上兩個主要原因，很多知名院校或院校的知名專業在申請過程中需要學生提交申請費。申請費一旦繳納，大多數情況下不予退還。
