答：實際上我鐵心要找一份餐館經理的職位，所以我只是應聘餐館管理培訓
專案。我最近面試過幾家大型國有快餐連鎖店，如SUPER BURGER 和CLACKEY
S CHICKEN。
通常情況下，應聘者會通過說出一些與本行業無關的大公司及一些完全不同
類別的工作名稱來，給面試官留下印象。大錯特錯！面試官想聽到的是你在面試
的是同行業裡同類公司（諸如他們的競爭者）的同類工作。這就證明你肯定是在
找你興趣範圍裡的工作，因此聘用你的風險會比較低。
Q:What other firms are you interviewing with,and for whatpositions?
A:Actually,I ve definitely decided to pursue a career as a
restaurant manager,so I am applying only for restaurant management
training programs. I ve recently had interviews with several other
large national fast food chains,such as Super Burger and Clackey's
Chicken.
問：你認為你的資深能力完全超出這份工作所需的能力嗎？
答：不是。我的`經驗和資歷只能是使我做得更好，並且，在我看來，我的設
計技能有助於我多賣一些書。我的商業經驗能助我高效率地管理藝術部門，由此
我可為公司省錢。最後，我認為我能夠吸引更好的自由職業作家，因為我有很多

Q:Do you believe you re overqualified for this position?
A:Not at experience and qualifications make me do my job only
better,and in my opinion,my good design skills help to sell more books.
My business experience helps me run the art department in a cost
efficient manner, thus saving the company lly,I think I m able
to attract better freelance talent because of all my industry
qualifications are better for the company,too,since you ll be getting
a better return for your n, I m interested in
establishing a long term relationship with my employer,and if I did
well,I would expect expanded responsibilities that could make use of even
other skills.
