要求:開門見山，內容簡短，用詞通俗
格式:
? 寫請假條的時間一般位於右上角。 稱呼寫在日期下一行的左上角。一般以dear開頭。 正文簡潔明瞭。只需把請假的'理由和請假時間說清楚即可。 為說明請假事由是真實的，要在正文後另起一行寫上：i enclose a doctor’s certificate. (我附上了醫生證明。）
? 署名寫在右下角。名字上一行寫上yours，或your student, 或yours sincerely 等。 詞彙：
