一、先生存,後發展,明確自己立場

案例中提到部門領導只安排自己打雜,可想而知小A應該是處於沒有隊伍或者站錯隊伍的處境。所有的領導都喜歡擁護自己的下屬,有一句話叫做:成就了領導,也就成就了自己。作為名剛入職不就的員工,直屬上級都感覺不到你是站在他這邊的,這很明顯的找死的節奏。所以才會出現案例中寫到的,只讓打雜。

那麼就很明顯了,如果想這個企業生存下去,那就先站隊,而且必須先站到自己直屬上級的隊伍中去。其實方法很簡單:先用業績說話。即便是領導安排你一些基礎雜活,也要做的`像模像樣。有功勞不要全部自己佔,讓給領導。充分利用閒散時間跟領導溝通,說的直白點就是瞎侃。

二、按兵不動,觀察敵情

一般來講,企業內部小團體的存在一定有原因的。高層為的是爭奪更多的話語權,更利於本部門工作的開展;而中層和基層為的是爭奪更多的利益。建議A在跟其他部門的溝通過程中,也要有一定的技巧。可以先找一些對自己部門不是十分牴觸的小團體,平級之間多溝通,遇到級別比自己高的就多多徵求意見。出發點不能錯,不是讓你去抱大腿。對於某些直接對立的小團體,不要奢望冷臉貼人家熱屁股,該斗的時候,還真的得鬥一鬥。

作為一個新員工,在沒有弄清楚情況前,還是安分的好好工作吧。等自己心裡有了數,再決定到底是應該抱其他人大腿還是別的選擇吧。

三、選擇

跟對領導,讓你少奮鬥5年,跟錯領導,呵呵吧。這樣也要看情況了,記得我剛畢業上班不久的時候,一天領導讓我把從來沒有打掃過的檔案室打掃一遍,而且要求必須在下午五點的時候準時幹完,其他原因沒有多說。當我下午五點準時打掃完畢的時候,正巧遇到集團董事長下來視察工作,並給與我了表揚。從這個時候我才開始明白其中的道理。當然,也有不順的時候,比如有的領導故意把我下放到各辦事處任虛職。所以建議小A自己抉擇吧。
