1、簡歷中的任何字句,都有可能成為面試中的話題。

一定要有把握的才寫,沒有把握的不要寫,要實事求是,千萬不要誇張。外資公司是最忌諱撒謊的,一旦讓他覺得你在撒謊,你就喪失了進入這個公司的資格。比如說,你在簡歷中寫了你會講日語,凡是派到國外來的老外,有的人不一定會說中文,但會一兩門外語的人大有人在,不定撞到什麼人手上。

2、招聘人員怎樣鑑別簡歷?

寫得好,當然要保留,如果其背景又是公司急需的`,可能馬上就要見;寫得不好的,就會丟掉,實際上,連看都不看。任何一個知名的大公司,每天都有成百上千人遞簡歷,如果寫得太差,根本就不值得保留。因為這些公司認為,一個人連自己的簡歷都寫不好,將來進了公司,對外行文質量不夠;對內說件事情也說不清楚,公司肯定不要這樣的人。大家經常說大公司的人訓練有素,實際上這也是其中一方面。即使不進大公司,簡歷寫得不好,也會顯得不懂基本格式,沒有智慧。

3、YRIS. Your resume is scanned, not read.(”YRIS”)。

一方面簡歷要寫得好,另一方面招聘人員看簡歷只是掃描式的,最初看也就是5秒鐘左右,寫得不好就扔了。這兒你就會問了:”寫得好,短時間他看不出來怎麼辦?”不用擔心,他們是可以看出來的,因為招聘人員每天干的就是這一行,如果您懷疑他看不出來,說明兩點:第一,您對招聘人員的工作性質還不瞭解。假設您是司機,經常走北京那麼多衚衕,自然就記住了,而一般人就會覺得很難記。第二,說明您對行文格式、專業寫作形象還不熟悉。我們見到,美國很多職位很高的大老闆,在看他的下屬寫的東西時,一點點小錯,哪怕換了一種字型,漏了一個逗號,多了一個空格,都能及時指出來,說明他們的眼很尖,速度很快,您要是懷疑的話,說明您對這個領域還很不熟悉,那麼您需要做的工作就很多了。即使您進了這種公司,也要在這方面下工夫,否則,很難成為他們當中合格的一員。另外,YRIS還說明寫的內容千萬不要多,而且要控制在一頁內,因為沒有人會認真看您的簡歷。關於這兩點,我們在後面有時還會提到。
