怎樣提升面試自我介紹成功率

首先,要知道你應聘的是哪個崗位,針對崗位的一些相關知識進行學習,如:人力資源中的人員招聘、崗位責任制的制定、對工資體系的瞭解、對相關法律法規的掌握等等。

其次,對自己個人優勢的突出體現,如:你的形象好可以在外表修飾的更職業化、語言方面有優勢就用清晰而簡單的回答來搏面試官一笑、眼神要堅定充滿自信、肢體動作要大方別拘謹等,往往一個小的細節會決定你的命運。

再次,瞭解公司的具體資訊,如:公司創始時間、創始人、發展史、近幾年的`業績和案例、將來的發展方向、主流的任務是哪些等等,做到心中有數,知道越多,對面試的準備越充分,你就越接近成功。

然後,對自己的一些優點和缺點進行詳細思考和準備,並且講出一些自己以前工作中失敗和成功的案例,分析後掌握其中的關鍵問題,這些都是用人單位經常提問的,準備好沒壞處,因為用人單位是通過面試來看人的全方位綜合能力和素質,你要儘量講自己的缺點聯絡一些優點說出來,如:缺點是做事太認真,容易和領導同事產生誤會等。

最後,面試前給用人單位打電話,語氣一定要和藹並且微笑,一定要站著打電話,詳細記錄公司地址、電話和相關聯絡人,面試之後也要問用人單位可以獲得面試結果的時間段,在此時間段內可以打1-2個電話來詢問面試情況,也要站著打電話,詢問會表示你對自己有信心切有想獲得成功的慾望。
