首先,求職信是與你的簡歷同時投遞的,如果你的求職信上的內容和簡歷的一致,那你也不必多費功夫了。求職信是比簡歷更具體的東西,你要用你的工作經歷向僱主證明,你多麼適合這份工作。簡歷是很死板的東西,條條框框太多,但求職信可以表現你的個性,能力以及工作熱忱。下面,我簡要說幾個注意點:

Use one page only. 求職信無需囉囉嗦嗦,一頁即可。

Overall, think of your letter as a polite sales pitch about yourself and what benefits you can bring to the company.

求職信說白了,就是推銷自己,如果你進了公司,會給公司帶來如何如何的'好處,別怕羞,也別誇大其詞。

Address the letter to a specific person. If you cant discover a name, use a gender-neutral title such as "Dear Personnel Director." 對僱主,如果知道姓名,直接用Mr./Ms **, 如果不曉得,用中性稱呼。

Open you letter by identifying the position for which youre applying.
