Job Description: I came to the 3Nod in March of far, I successively worked in the job of EE and IE, and became to work the job of PM for meeting the development of company in June of 2010. As a PM,I need to realize the situation of all new products and meet the current of the the same time,coordinating all departments in factory is also my I haven’t worked as the PM before, I do not have any advantage.I just read more books such as PMBOK to learn the meaning of Project and how to manage it by myself.
Currently,my position in 3Nod factory need to be reponsibile for all the new product(including the Note Book,UMPC，AIO，tablet computer),I also need to check the integrality of BOM&ECN and deal with the foreign customers’ , my woking related to the benefit of the company needs me to keep a clear mind to deal with every new main job in the factory can be summarized as following:Executiving and R&D prototype to enter,I have to tracked the project to the end,and my job is to import the new production to factory smoothly.
I mature gradually through this ing and Studying let me clear understanding of the current shortage.I need to keep on studying more professioner knowledge to improve my competitiveness.I many times need to play different roles in factory,such as PMC,ENG QA and so I became to better thanks for these experiences.
