各位領導、老師：
大家好！
首先我感謝同事一直以來對我的信任和支援，同時給我這個機會來參加本次教師崗位競聘的演講。我不會用漂亮的詩句來謳歌我的職業, 我也不會用深邃的思想來寫就個人的價值。因為我就是一名普普通通的幼兒教師，一名熱愛孩子，熱愛崗位的幼兒教師。 在我通過了育嬰師教育資格的培訓，目前大專在讀，教師資格考試順利通過。回首過去的日子，我一直擔任著班的生活英語老師，今天我競聘的崗位是生活英語組組長。我之所以競聘這個崗位，是因為我具有以下的幾個優勢：
一、我有一顆熱愛教育事業的心：我明白教師的苦與累、平凡與無私。我們有的只是生活的忙碌，肩頭沉甸甸的責任。
但我無悔於自己的選擇！我深深愛著教師這一行，用我的汗水，用我的智慧，用我這顆跳動的火熱的心！面對著一群天真可愛的孩子，我揣摩著、嘗試著，與他們真誠的交流著，讓我們用愛托起明天的太陽。
二、我有較為紮實的實踐知識：自參加工作以來，我始終不忘學習，勤鑽研，善思考，多研究，重反思，敢挑戰，不斷地豐富自己、提高自己。由此堅信我對生活英語組組長的教學工作是完全能夠勝任的。
三、我有較強的工作能力：並在實踐中也積累一些經驗。我深知生活英語組組長教育工作在幼兒成長曆程中的地位和作用，同時在實踐中也悟出一些方法和策略。也深知作為生活英語組組長要“一切為了孩子，為了孩子的一切”這樣的準則。我踏實工作，關愛幼兒的每一天，看到孩子們每天高高興興的來幼兒園、又高高興興的離開幼兒園是我最大的樂趣，在工作中我關心每一位幼兒的身體狀況及生活自理能力，如：孩子生病了，我會及時進行電話詢問家長孩子的身體情況，提高我們班級幼兒出勤率。
四、我具有奉獻精神：如只要園內有事，我能自覺地留下來加班，同事有事或有困難時我也能及時頂上，並有質量地完成各項工作任務。服從大局，服從領導的安排。
如果我能夠通過競爭上崗，我打算從以下幾個方面改進自己的教學工作，提高自己的教學水平。
1、更加科學規範地做好日常班級管理工作根據實際情況，在適合幼兒年齡特點的前提下，應認真落實各項教學常規工作及做好保教工作，解決家長的後顧之優。
2、根據自身的教學長處將足健及科學認讀落實到幼兒的各項活動中，設計並開展豐富的一系列實踐活動，突顯震幼園本課程特色。
3、加強個人修養，練好基本功。加強自己的工作能力和工作藝術，顧全大局，維護幼兒園良好形象，努力調動孩子們主動發展，努力提高自己的.業務能力。
六、如果我能夠通過競爭上崗，我會做到：
1、負責本級部各項工作的組織和實施。協調好班組之間的關係，團結全組成員努力開展保教工作。
2、以身作則，在全組樹立正氣，獨立有創意的開展班組工作。
3、及時與本組各班教師保育員交流溝通，發現需求和問題及時向園領導反映，積極提出研究建議。
4、在工作需要時協調組內人員的工作安排及同事關係，協助園長做好組內人員的思想工作，確保教育教學工作的順利完成。
5、組織本組及各班積極主動利用社群、家庭教育資源，做好家園一致教育。
6、及時準確下達園務精神，按時完成幼兒園的各項工作。 領導、老師們，我有信心、有決心做好苗班班主任及小班配班的教育工作，我將用左肩擔著愛我的孩子，用我的右肩擔著我愛的幼兒園，執著堅韌地挑起我深愛的老師這一行，為震幼的明天獻出自己的一點光和熱。

Years wrinkle the skin，but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry，fear，self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .
Whether 60 of 16，there is in every human being＇s heart the lure of wonders，the unfailing childlike appetite of what＇s next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there＇s a wirelestation：so long as it receives messages of beauty，hope，cheer，courage and power from men and from the infinite，so long as you are young .
When the aerials are down，and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism，then you are grown old，even at 20，but as long as your aerials are up，to catch waves of optimism，there is hope you may die young at 80.

I am Qu Jierui. I’m from Class Two Grade Six. It’s my pleasuer to stand here to talk about English with you.
I love English. English language is now used everywhere in the world. Learning English makes me confident and brings me great pleasure.
When I was five，my mother sent me to a kindergarten. At there，I played games and sang English songs with other children . Then I discovered the beauty of the language，and began my colorful dream in the English world.
Everyday，I read English following the tapes. Sometimes，I watch English cartoons. At recess，I often go to English corner to talking with teachers and classmates，I have made more and more friends as well as improved my oral English.
I hope I can travel around the world someday. I want to go to America to visit
Washington Monument，because the president Washington is my idol. Of course，I want to go to London too，because England is where English language developed.
