dreams lost somehow in the process of growing up, and sometimes i personally find myself saying goodbye unconsciously to those distant childhood dreams.
however, we need dreams. they nourish our spirit; they represent possibility even when we are dragged down by reality. they keep us going. most successful people are dreamers as well as ordinary people who are not afraid to think big and dare to be great. when we were little kids, we all dreamed of doing something big and splashy, something significant. now what we need to do is to maintain them, refresh them and turn them into reality. however, the toughest part is that we often have no ideas how to translate these dreams into actions. well, just start with concrete objectives and stick to it. don‘t let the nameless fear confuse the eye and confound our strong belief of future. through our talents, through our wits, through our endurance and through our creativity, we will make it.

作為一名學生，更不能不重視英語學習。無論是將來會考、大學聯考，以及考研、出國，英語都是決定成敗的關鍵。精通英語，就多了一份通向成功的機會。有不少同學被英語學習所困擾，那麼怎樣才能擺脫困擾，提高英語水平呢、關鍵就在於能付提高英語學學習能力。
讓孩子在快樂的狀態下學習是最有效的。把學習變成玩耍，孩子自然不會把學習當成負擔。只要讓孩子對學習產生濃厚的性的興趣，學習英語不再難，也不用家長逼著去做題，逼著去上補習班、培訓班，家長也不用擔心孩子的學習。避苦趨樂，當學習成為一件快樂的事情，孩子們“趨樂”而去，不用家長和老師逼迫，就會主動去做，而且會終身去做。

some of you already know, that it’s hard, it’s not easy, it’s hard changing your life. that in the process of working on your dreams you are going to incur a lot of disappointment, a lot of failure, a lot of pain. there are moments that you are going to doubt yourself. you said, god why is this happening to me? i’m just trying to take care of my family, trying to give them a good life, i’m not trying to steal or rob from anybody. why does this have to happen to me. for those of you that have experienced some hardships – don’t give up on your dream.
the rough times are gonna come, but they have not come to stay, they have come to pass. greatness, is not this wonderful, esoteric, illusive, god like feature that only the special among can achieve. it’s something that truly exists, in all of us. it’s very important for you to believe that you are the one!
most people they raise a family, they earn a living and then they die. they stop growing, they stop working on themselves, they stop stretching, the stop pushing themselves. then a lot of people like to complain but they don’t wanna do anything about their situation. and most people don’t work on their dreams – why?

我問是你學校的教學方法和你是好學生在這方面知名。
我一直在北京任教的中學三年英語。我永遠不會厭倦了我的工作或我的學生。我喜歡在有趣的經驗教訓作出了很多更有趣，使枯燥和教訓少一些。所以我一直對如何改善我的教學激烈，通過閱讀努南，哈珀和威多森和參加外國教師講課。
我明白，良好的英語老師就是一個很好的演講者和作家。這就是為什麼我做了很多工作，以提高我的耳朵和舌頭和手所有的時間。我從來沒有一天不通過後，英國廣播公司說。我說在大多數情況下日常英語。到了晚上，當我喜歡我的退休和隱私，我的座位在自己的電腦前，開始寫我的日記。我從來沒有用完的東西或條件，但無可否認，有時短的時間。這非常有趣使用電腦寫作，這必將衝擊肖和莎士比亞。
