我從HR角度整理了一些面試問題精華以及面試技巧,非常實用!每個問題也有不同的回答備選,大家可以根據自己實際情況靈活運用(比如你性格稍微內向,就不要為背誦句子而說自己活潑開朗等等,你懂的!),祝大家工作順利!

一、英語面試常見問題(1)

Q: Can you sell yourself in two minutes? Go for it.(你能在兩分鐘內自我推薦嗎?大膽試試吧!)

A: With my qualifications and experience, I feel I am hardworking, responsible and diligent in any project I undertake. Your organization could benefit from my analytical and interpersonal skills.(依我的資格和經驗,我覺得我對所從事的每一個專案都很努力、負責、勤勉。我的分析能力和與人相處的技巧,對貴單位必有價值。)

Q:Give me a summary of your current job description. (對你目前的工作,能否做個概括的說明。)

A:I have been working as a computer programmer for five years. To be specific, I do system analysis, trouble shooting and provide software support. (我幹了五年的電腦程式設計師。具體地說,我做系統分析,解決問題以及軟體供應方面的支援。) Q:Why did you leave your last job?(你為什麼離職呢?)

A:The trait is needed in my current(or previous) position and I know I can handle it well. (這種特點就是我目前(先前)工作所需要的,我知道我能應付自如。)

Q:What is your strongest trait(s)?(你個性上最大的特點是什麼?)

A:Helpfulness and caring.(樂於助人和關心他人。)

A:Adaptability and sense of humor.(適應能力和幽默感。)

Q: How would your friends or colleagues describe you?(你的朋友或同事怎樣形容你?)

Q:What leadership qualities did you develop as an administrative personnel?(作為行政人員,你有什麼樣的領導才能?)

A: Sometimes, the narrow-minded people make me frustrated. (胸襟狹窄的人,有時使我洩氣。)

三、英語面試常見問題(3)

Tell us about yourself.

這是一個有關你個性、背景、學習以及工作經歷的非常寬泛的問題。你可以準備一個簡潔的回答。

Why should we hire you?

招聘者正在問有關你的特點和強項的問題。當然,對求職的公司也要有所瞭解,你的加入要給對方帶來效益才好。

Why did you leave your last job?

面試人員想要知道你是辭職的,還是被辭退的,或是下崗的,並希望瞭解原因。你最好實話實說,職場講究誠信。

Are you willing to relocate?

這代表著你是否願意移居另一個城市或國家。

Tell me about your scholastic record.

這是指你在學校及大學所學的學科和成績。

Tell me about your extracurricular activities and interests.

這是在問你業餘都做些什麼和你的興趣,例如運動、音樂或旅遊等。一個熱愛生活的人也會以很好的熱情投入工作。現在,很多企業都比較注意瞭解求職者的愛好,從外圍來考察一個人的綜合素質。

How would your last boss describe you?

這句話的意思是你的上個老闆是如何看待你的。最好作客觀陳述,包括前任老闆對你的工作和為人的評價。

What salary are you expecting?

招聘者想要知道你對薪資的最低要求。恭喜你,話談到這裡,說明對方對你已經很有興趣了。別獅子大開口,也別委屈了自己。給自己和對方都留點餘地。

可以問有什麼培訓專案,我可以參加?還有晉升空間

對方的問題一般有:

四、實戰舉例

很多面試者都被問到:“What are your weaknesses?”,即“你有哪些弱點”這樣的問題。

有些面試者會給出一個類似於“I am a perfectionist(我太追求完美了)”這樣的回答,希望能夠使弱點反而變成優點,不過實際情況是面試官並不是這麼好糊弄的。

比較實際一點的回答是,找出一個你卻是希望改進或加強的方面,並且最重要的是,要突出強調你為了改進自己都作了哪些努力。面試官並不是真的對你的弱點感興趣,關鍵是要了解你會如何處理這樣的問題,並且以此瞭解你的人品性格方面的特徵。

類似這樣的回答:“As far as weaknesses, I really enjoy my work, and

sometimes I put in too much time. But by being aware of my tendency to 7

overwork, I have learned to pace myself more and work smarter”會是更好的選擇。

專業而熟練的職業技能結合流利的口語表達、清晰的英語思維、地道的英語發音、準確而恰當的俚語運用、跨文化溝通技巧等將成為你應聘外企的主要競爭力。外教 William Hill告訴我:“I interviewed a lot of candidates in Shanghai, a few of which did impress me deeply with veteran skills. I was surprised at their spoken English because they appeared to be a Chinese American. I just couldnt decline them.”

在多人競爭某一職位時,簡單的“可以理解的”初級英語層次顯然不能夠凸顯個人實力。我建議應聘者不妨關注一下自己的英語表達和發音,中國式英語是應該避免的,多瞭解你即將應聘的外企的國家文化,因為每個國家的文化不同會使面試過程的氛圍也不同。相對來講美國企業的面試比較relaxing,有點像一般的聊天,只不過聊的內容不是普通的“閒聊”。如果在外企英文面試中能準確地融入一些該國的俚語,則你的面試過程將會非常的愉快。

2、外企招聘時看重哪些英語證書?

如果外企的面試官是老外的話,那麼國內的一些英語考試如CET4、CET6、TEM4、TEM8等可能並不明顯,除了老外不瞭解這些考試外更多的在於這些考試並沒有對考生的`口語能力進行測試。如果你開不了口,跟老外匯報工作或者交流觀點,哪怕你是證書狂也等於零!可是如果你用簡單的商務英語,交流你的工作,表達你的觀點,那你絕對可以打敗那些拿著證書開不了口的人!!!

常見典型問題拆招:

3、關於介紹自己的:Could you say something about yourself? Could you sell yourself within a few minutes?

這個問題可以說是大眾問題了,通過這個問題,面試官一方面大致把握一下你的英語水平,一方面找到和你交流的突破點,探尋本質,打破沙鍋是人力資源經理的一慣作風,因此回答這個問題時務必事實求是,否則後面很可能無法自圓其說。不過這個問題其實也不復雜,與其說這個是測試應聘者的問題,不如說是應聘者賣弄自己英語的大好機會,So dont miss the boat!

你可以從以下幾個方面突出自己:職業技能強項,該技能的深入程度,該技能完成過的專案以及自己其他相關方面的深入研究和學習、探索,注意突出個性。請不要在自己的姓名、年齡、畢業學校、興趣愛好等方面浪費時間,也不用再把你的簡歷背誦一遍,因為老外已經看過你的CV了。時間可以根據情況控制在2-3分鐘的樣子。注意外企英語面試是口頭表達的過程,建議在隨後的互動過程中多多使用口語化的表達,儘量讓自己融入整個對話(Conversation),而不是在教條式的背誦文章。

4、關於應聘動機的:Why do you want work for us? What makes you come here today?

面試官想了解一下你的求職動機,看看你對公司是否有所瞭解。顯然這個功課是你來面試之前就應該做好的,所以千萬別說開始面試了還不知道這個公司是做什麼的。請在回答這個問題的時候充滿信心,不要說是來試試的(you really wanna take a try?), 9

如果能事先將公司資訊整理好並梳理一下和自己的職業技能相結合來介紹,則可謂Perfect Response。

5、關於你的弱點:What do you think is your greatest weakness? May I know it? 注意後面那句是客氣的,千萬別說No,也別說"I dont think I have any weakness"。客觀地評價一下自己確實存在但對工作並不重要的缺點是一個不錯的辦法,當然別忘了要提一下你將採取什麼樣的辦法來克服或彌補自己的缺點。

6、關於你過去的工作:How do you like your last job? Why did you leave your last job?

面試官想通過你對過去的工作的看法,瞭解你對今後的工作態度。如果你說你不喜歡你過去的工作,那麼你將面臨“既然不喜歡為什麼卻會選擇”這樣的難題,最終結果是“缺乏判斷力或者沒有主見”。事實上你既然做過以前的工作,那麼應該多少還是比較喜歡的,不妨談談過去的工作特點和你所負責的主要任務,但要突出過去的工作趨於平淡且失去挑戰性,你可以在更艱鉅的任務和崗位中發揮能力。同時面試官極有可能問你以前的同事和上司的一些問題,切記不要把責任歸咎到別人身上。

7、關於你將來的打算:How long do you propose to work here?

這個問題對職場老手來說簡直就是a piece of cake。簡潔的幾句話表達出你希望在這個公司一直工作下去即可,同時要體現出你的上進心,渴望與公司一起發展和進步,不斷提升自己。

8、反問的機會:Ok, now if you have any questions, please feel free to ask me. 10

“Nope, I have none, thanks!”這樣的回答就完全錯了。抓住這個機會,把事先準備好的問題和盤托出,多瞭解一些關於公司發展、職位要求、員工培訓、員工晉升、員工福利等方面的問題。

其實外企英語面試並沒有什麼特別之處,話題內容上也跳不出中文面試的框框,無非是用英語來表達而已。在某些特定職位的招聘上,可能外企更看重的是個人的職業能力而對英語表達要求甚低;或者在某些特定的條件下沒有太多的競爭者,應聘者不需要具備非常好的英語聽說能力就可拿到offer。但這些情況並不影響我們對自身競爭力的提升,卓越的英語聽說能力必將為你的職場生涯帶來裨益。

BTW,別忘了在"兩分鐘演說"的最後,輕吸一口氣,露出幸福的微笑,補上一句"Is there anything else you want to know?"

七、關鍵時刻來了,怎麼談待遇 當老闆終於開始和你談具體工資數目時,你該怎麼開口呢?關鍵句:Get the employer to say a number first.(讓僱主先說個數。)

你就可以這樣說:Were pretty close---Im seeking a range of

$38,000-$45,000, due to my extensive professional experience and impressive achievements. How flexible is your upper salary range?這樣雙方就可以繼續順利討論下去了。
