摘 要
隨著Internet技術的發展，人們的日常生活已經離不開網路。未來社會人們的生活和工作將越來越依賴於數字技術的發展，越來越數字化、網路化、電子化、虛擬化。線上影院系統也隨著網路的發展日益貼近人們的生活。Internet的發展歷程以及目前的應用狀況和發展趨勢，可以充分地相信網路技術將極大的改變我們的生活和工作方式，甚至社會的價值觀也會發生某種變化。
視訊流媒體服務1直被認為是網際網路服務中的1個熱點領域。本篇論文詳細講解了利用ASP技術及Microsoft Access2000、FlashMX2004、DreamweaverMX2004、Helix Server等軟體工具製作線上影院系統網站的建立和開發的過程。並簡要介紹了流媒體技術和Internet及Web技術的發展，主要內容有以下幾個方面: 1.概述 2.相關技術及開發環境介紹3.概要設計4.詳細設計5.系統安裝與執行6.系統測試。

ABSTRACT
With the development of Internet technology, the Internet is indispensable in our daily life nowadays. Our work and our everyday life in the future will become more and more dependent on the development of the numerical technology, which is signaled by a digital, electronic, and conjunctive society. Accordingly the Online News Release system is getting more close to our lives. The developing history, its application nowadays and its development tendency shows that the internet technology will change the way of our work and life to a large extend. The opinion of value may also be somewhat different.
Video flowing media service considered to be a hot domain of the Internet service. This thesis has explained the whole progress of “setting-up and development of the systematic websites of online cinema” in details by using software tools such as ASP technology, Microsoft Access2000, FlashMX2004, DreamweaverMX2004 and Helix Server etc... And has introduced the development of technology of flow media and Internet and Web technology briefly, the main content has the following several aspects: 1. Summary narration 2. Related technique and development environment introduction 3. Essentials design4. Detailed design allment and movement of system 6. Test of system.

前 言
Internet是目前世界上最大的計算機網際網路絡，它遍佈全球，將世界各地各種規模的網路連線成1個整體。作為Internet上1種先進的，易於被人們所接受的資訊檢索手段，World Wide Web(簡稱WWW)發展10分迅速，成為目前世界上最大的資訊資源寶庫。據估計，目前Internet上已有上百萬個Web站點，其內容範圍跨越了教育科研、文化事業、金融、商業、新聞出版、娛樂、體育等各個領域，其使用者群10分龐大。因此，建設1個好的Web站點對於1個機構的發展10分重要。近年來，隨著網路使用者要求的不斷提高及電腦科學的迅速發展，特別是資料庫技術在Internet中的廣泛應用，Web站點向用戶提供的服務將越來越豐富，越來越人性化。
作為計算機發展最迅速的領域之1的資料庫技術,已經形成了1整套獨有的理論,並廣泛地應用於人們的`生產和生活中。資料庫技術與網站的結合是當今Web技術的1個熱點。有了資料庫的支援,可以擴充套件網頁的功能,可以方便地設計出互動式頁面,可以構造功能強大的後臺管理系統,可以為網站的更新、維護提供極大的方便。
視訊流媒體服務1直被認為是網際網路服務中的1個熱點領域，但是由於技術、內容以及頻寬等方面的限制，1直沒有實現預料中的發展。隨著寬頻技術的普遍應用、解壓縮技術的不斷提高，網上的視訊播放已成為可能。雖然目前網上的視訊播放的效果，畫面大小還不如人意，但其發展勢頭非常迅猛，與幾年前相比已有了長足的進步。而自動根據網路的速度傳輸相應影象的流媒體技術的普及應用，更使視訊播放時通時斷的問題得以根除，該技術的發展和推廣，給電影大舉進軍網際網路提供了條件，使得1個真正意義上的線上影院已成為可能。
