新聞釋出系統
摘要：新聞釋出系統不僅可以使站點維護人員以人機互動式的客戶端程式實現對新聞的釋出、管理、實時地進行行為統計和記錄，而且可使人們獲得更多更及時的資訊，因此它已成為單位或個人宣傳自己的有效方式。新聞釋出系統是1個比較典型的文件系統，掌握了新聞釋出系統的開發，對於開發其它的文件系統都有很大的幫助。本文內容組織如下：第1章概述，介紹了新聞釋出系統及其開發工具，第2章系統需求分析，第3章系統資料庫設計，第4章系統的功能分析與設計，第5章系統執行與測試，第6章是結束語。

The News Distribution System
Abstract ：The news distribution system may cause the web station maintainer by the man-machine interactive customer end procedure realization to the news distribution system, the management, real-time to carry on the behavior statistics and the record, it may cause the people to obtain more prompt information as well, therefore it has become the unit or individual propagandizes own effective way. The news distribution system is a quite typical documents system, has grasped the news distribution system development, regarding develops other documents systems all to have the very big help. 前言
隨著計算機技術的發展，網路技術對我們生活和工作顯得月來越重要，特別是現在資訊高度發達的今天，人們對最新資訊的需求和釋出迫切的需要及時性。而現在的世界蘊涵著相當大的資訊量，每天的'資訊蒐集、釋出、更新都需要投入很大的人力物力。在網路發展的新時代，越來越多的資訊在網上釋出，新聞作為資訊的1個重要主題也不例外。這麼大的資訊量，如果單純用靜態網頁1個1個製作，不僅耗費人力物力，而且新聞本身的時效性也難以發揮出來。所以動態新聞釋出及管理系統的產生順應當前形勢的發展，不僅節省人力物力，更加體現了新聞本身的時效性。新聞釋出系統的出現大大減輕了網站更新維護的工作量，通過網路資料庫的引用，將網站的更新維護工作簡化到只需錄入文字和上傳圖片，從而使網站的更新速度大大縮短，在某些專門的網上新聞站點，如新浪的新聞中心等，新聞的更新速度已經縮短到5分鐘1更新，從而大大加快了資訊的傳播速度，也吸引了更多的長期使用者群，時時保持網站的活動力和影響力。
目前成熟的新聞釋出系統有很多，如著名的v7Content Management Suite(西門子公司採用的系統)，Interwover-TeamSite(http://www.interwoven.com，Cisco公司採用的系統)，產品也得到廣泛的應用，例如OpenCMS（http://www.opencms.org）,Zope-ContentManagement Framework(http://www.zope.org)等。國內眾多大型入口網站，如網易(http://www.163.com)、新浪(http://www.sina.com.cn)、搜狐(http://www.sohu.com)、首都線上(http://www.263.net)、人民日報網(http://www.people.com.cn）、中國新聞網（http://www.chinanews.com.cn）等，每天甚至時刻進行海量資訊的維護，以保持網站內容及時更新，新聞釋出系統，起著絕對重要的作用，是當今動態網站內容更新的主要手段。國外更是如此。
