And Mary will bring forth a Son, and he shall call his name, Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.
Before Jesus births, Joseph and Mary came to Quirnius was governing Syria. So all went to be registered, everyone to his own city. 1、聖誕卡
聖誕卡在美國和歐洲很流行，也是為維持遠方親朋好友關係的方式之一。許多家庭隨賀卡帶上年度家庭合照或家庭新聞，新聞一般包括家庭成員在過去一年的優點特長等內容。
2、聖誕帽
那是一頂紅色帽子，據說晚上戴上睡覺除了睡得安穩和有點暖外，第二天你還會發現在帽子裡多了點心愛的人送的禮物。在狂歡夜它更是全場的主角，無論你去到哪個角落，都會看到各式各樣的聖誕帽。
3、聖誕襪
最早以前是一對紅色的大襪子，大小不拘。因為聖誕襪是要用來裝禮物的，所以是小朋友最喜歡的東西，晚上他們會將自己的襪子掛在床邊，等待第二天早上收禮。
4、聖誕樹
近代聖誕樹起源於德國，後來逐步在世界範圍內流行起來，成為聖誕節慶祝中最有名的傳統之一。通常人們在聖誕前後把一棵常綠植物如松樹弄進屋裡或者在戶外，並用聖誕燈和彩色的裝飾物裝飾。並把一個天使或星星放在樹的頂上。
不過如今在我國，不少年輕人都把聖誕節視為情人節來過，往往會在聖誕節當天互送鮮花、巧克力等禮物來慶祝。

聖誕老公公的由來
聖誕節是令人雀躍期待的日子，尤其是小孩子。相信大家對聖誕老公公的事都耳熟能詳吧?從前有一個老人，名叫尼古拉斯，他一生最愛幫助貧窮的人家。其中有一次他幫助三個貧窮的`少後送他們三袋金子以逃過被賣的不幸。當尼古拉斯偷偷把其中一袋金子送給其中一名女子時，他把金子從其中一個窗戶扔進去，恰好掉進景在壁上的一長襪中。於是，將禮物放在聖誕襪子的送禮方法家挨戶地去要糖果喲!
據說平安夜的晚上，聖誕節老公公會駕著馴鹿雪橇滿載著禮物準備送點這一年來表現很好的小朋友，他會悄悄地從煙囪爬進屋內，禮物塞在掛在床頭的襪子裡。所以孩子總會把一條條色彩繽紛的襪子掛在床頭，並在襪子旁邊放杯熱牛奶給勞苦功高的聖誕老人解渴，並送份大禮給自己。隔天每一個小朋友都迫不及待地開啟禮，想知道自己得到什麼獎勵。
到了1822年，一位荷蘭傳教士把這位偉大慈善家的故事傳到美國之後，美國商人更以特殊的行銷手法，每年利用這個節日大張旗鼓地宣傳廣告，大賺一筆，在亞洲的日本及其它各國也群起效尤。因此裝扮聖誕老人來慶祝聖誕節的風俗習慣也就漸漸地流行到世界各國了。
