國中英語學習計劃細則：
聽力:
1.從Oxfordenglish做起。每天聽寫1個單元。一定要堅持。
2.每週看一部英文視訊，題材可向老師諮詢。
精讀:
1.學習牛津英語並背誦單元課文。
2.記憶好的結構性的句子和內容性的句子。
詞彙:
系統背誦牛津詞彙。詞彙是重中之重，萬萬不可輕視!
口語：
每天堅持跟讀牛津課文。
語法：
主要還是靠使用中掌握，當然有一本語法書【推薦無敵英語】作為參考也是很重要的。
字典：
字典應該儘量使用紙質英文詞典。
每天計劃：
早上花半個小時讀英語。(參考)
中午可適當聽老師學唱的英文歌。(參考)
下午放學後吃飯前，讀單詞或讀課文。(必須)
晚上睡覺前，背單詞，跟讀課文或大聲朗讀英文課文一篇(必須)。

詞彙：其實每天不用背太多，20——30個就差不多了，但是重要的是要重複地去背，比如第一天背的25個單詞，三天後至少要重新讀上幾遍熟悉一下，這樣才能得到鞏固。單詞這個東西，其實都差不多，因為也不知道樓主對自己英語等級的需要，所以也不好說具體。如果樓主不是針對考試的學習英語的話，不要糾結於四六級什麼的，好用廣泛點的詞彙會好一點。
聽力：聽力在高中時期要求不高，過了高中之後其實該煉的是精聽。最好的是聽新聞，voa，bbc之類的英美新聞最好的。訓練自己精聽的能力，就是邊聽邊默寫。一開始的時候會很吃力，但是一段時間的堅持效果會很好的，對自己的聽力幫助不是一般的好。每天一篇足矣，但是需要樓主堅持。
口語：口語首先一部分是建立在聽力上的。其次就是要大膽開口了。在學習一般都會有比較多的口語練習機會，樓主好好把握先。好好注意自己的口音，這個是需要模仿的，常看美劇是個不錯的方法，比較生活化。跟讀以及音調的學習很重要，挺多了自己對口音會有一定的理解。這個具體方案比較難說，因為不知道樓主的環境怎麼樣，如果周圍有個伴的話每天一到兩個小時，就像平常聊天一樣，熟悉一下說英語的環境是不錯的。
選定一套合適的教材，從頭開始建議從國中英語或者國小英語開始，因為教材內容循序漸進，體系完整，配套練習、錄音等等到處可得放下架子，從最基礎的東西開始吧
制定計劃，穩步推進按照你每天兩小時的時間安排，每天學習1—2課，像中學生一樣，認真做作業，複習預習等等
擺好心態，不要指望一口吃個胖子只要有進步，就要開心不要因為進步不大就心灰意冷，或者心煩意亂
速度可以適當快一些，因為成年人的理解能力會更強保證一定的速度對提升自己的信心和成就感有好處
紮實，但是也不要苛求自己一開始就弄懂所有的東西，有些東西可以暫時放一放，以後隨著自己水平的.提高會自然解決的

Born into the 90's Chinese city of Chengdu, I have grown up in a time of huge economic upheaval. Surrounded by an-ever changing economic environment, I remembered asking my father what exchange rates were. Over the years, my initial childhood curiosity has grown into a passion for economics. As my understanding improved, newspapers and magazines on economics and globalization became my favorite readings. I see economics more like a powerful tool helping us understand the world better. It was no surprise when I chose Economics without hesitation as major at University of XX, which is located next to North America’s busiest international border crossing. Facing one of Canada’s most beautiful waterfronts on the Detroit River, this school is providing a good atmosphere for study. The reason I choose Canada as my study destination is that Canada is one of the world's largest economies.
Moreover, compared with US and Britain, Canada is able to offer international students the first-class education resources with lower expense and Canada is a peaceful, civilized and safe country. It is a good chance to receive high quality education and to experience diverse cultures. Meanwhile learning in a totally new environment to broaden my horizon is very attractive to me, as it will raise new challenges for me to conquer. Compared with somebody holding a Master degree from a Chinese university, a graduate holding one from North America which is not exam-oriented but quality-oriented is much more competitive in China’s labour market.
My overall educational goal
I believe my education at XX School has laid the groundwork towards the path I now intend to embark on. As the curriculum I learned is the same as Canada’s and all our classes are taught in English too. To improve our independency and communication skills, many trips have been included such as travel to Hong Kong, Japan, Korea to our activities.
