一、簡歷中主次不分

很多簡歷,內容龐雜,形式混亂,貪多求全,恨不得把所有的事情都寫上,結果,大雜燴,反倒讓人搞不清楚究竟應聘者究竟想表達什麼。不同的經歷,展示不同的能力,同一經歷,不同的'描述,也能展示不同經歷。寫的混亂,只會讓人覺得應聘者思維混亂、主次不分、目標不明。

你想成為什麼樣的人,就把自己塑造成什麼樣的人,不要奢望招聘者當伯樂。

二、重點不突出

對於應屆生而言,閱歷少、經驗不足,但至少教育 背景會是一個亮點。在面試中發現,有的應聘者隻言片語帶過自己的教育背景,甚至將本科教育經歷和碩士教育經歷寫在一行,很難發現是研究生。其實,企業對於 應屆生的考察,並不是特別重視社會經驗,關鍵在考察應屆生的學習能力、適應能力、溝通能力和嚴謹程度。

三、面試重視程度不夠

遲到是一種普遍現象。作為受過高等教育的群體,遲到應該事先電話告知。對時間尚且不重視的人,能指望他重視績效、重視業績嗎?

書寫混亂。一些應聘者在填表時,寫的字實在令人不敢恭維。如果書法不好,可以把行距稍微大一些,至少不會把上下兩行字插在一起、無法解讀吧。
