What is natureIt's everything existing in the world, such as plants, animals, earths, rocks, the water and the weather.
什麼是自然？它是世間萬物，比如植物動物土地岩石水和天氣。
Human being depands on the nature. No nature, no life. Thanks to the help of the nature, we live a happy life for a long time. When we realize the use of nature, we begin to gain everything from it. As the time goes by, the water has become dirty, the air has been polluted, forests have been cut over, the number of kinds of animals and plants has become smaller and smaller.
人類依賴於自然。沒有自然，沒有生命。由於自然的幫助，我們才得以長時間的生活快樂無憂。當我們意識到自然的作用，我們開始無限制的索取。時光流逝，水源不潔，空氣汙染，森林消失，植物和動物的種類越來越少。
Let we see our environment again, the crowded streets, the noisy cars, the dirty air, almost everything makes us more and more tired. At this time, we begin to want to go back to the nature to have a good rest, but the nature has already been destroyed by ourselves. It refuses us.

There is no chance that can give us to rewrite the history, so we can only do everything that we can do now to care for our nature. When we are driving, we can drive slowly to reduce the dust and noise; when we buy a refrigerator, we should choose a green one; when we are going to throw something, we should make sure whether it can be reuse or not. We can also plant trees, refuse to eat wild animals...
重寫歷史是不可能的，所以我們只能做我們可以做的每一件事來關愛自然。當我們開車時，我們可以開的慢一些來減少灰塵與噪音；當我們買冰箱時，我們應該選擇綠色冰箱；當我們想要扔東西時，我們應該確定它是否可以重新利用。我們也可以植樹造林，拒絕使用野生動物……
Loving nature is loving ourselves, every drop that we give nature will be given back. Nature does not belong to somebody, everyone has his duty to do everything he can to protect it. By protecting nature, we protect ourselves, let's unit together, hand in hand, make our world more and more beautiful!
愛自然就是愛自己，我們為自然做的一點一滴都會得到回報。自然並不屬於某個人，每個人都有責任去做他可以做的每一件事去保護它。通過保護自然，我們得以保護自身。讓我們團結起來，手牽手，讓我們的世界變的更美好！Thank you!

my breath . because i really didnt know what to say at that time -today, being an english teacher for some years in zhongxin, i have a strong sense of responsibility, which always fills me with strength and r being an english teacher,i think, to be a good english teacher, you should know your major well. your personality is as important as your knowledge. a good english teacher must be enthusiastic. you must love your students and respect them. in addition, you must also respect yourself and take pride in your work. a good english teacher should be kind, encouraging, and helpful and you should motivate your students to seek knowledge. ill tell you a true story, last year, a boy named liulei came to our class,he looked so quiet, no age childrens lively and cheerful, he didnt dare to answer the question loudly, when i asked him to do the dialogue in front, heeven had a big cry . and he didnt dare to see anyone ,whose voice low likea whisper, i am well aware that he lackedof confidence and necessary encouragement . so, then i give the opportunity to him for each class , and i encouraged him to say: jake you have been done better than lasttime, and i also make the classmates to applaud him, i also told his mother to encourage him when seeing his progress, day by day , i am surprised tofind the child really progressed, now he can put up hands to answer a questionactivly ,whats more， he can take part in the game, performance has been greatlyimproved. his mother was pleased to tell me her child progressed . every time，after school he always chatter without stopping told her that what he learnedin zhongxin , and the performance is greatlyimproved, as his teacher was really excited for his progress, i realized the unprecedented ：

我非常榮幸站在這裡，我珍惜這次和這麼多優秀老師一起分享教學經驗的機會，說實話我還是有點緊張，我記得我的第一次演講還是在大學的時候，我甚至無法控制我的呼吸，因為那時我不知道說些什麼.今天，作為中信的一名多年的教師，我有種強烈的責任感，那使我充滿了力量和信心。從成為一名英語教師後，我認為，想作為一名好的教師，你必須有非常好的專業知識，你的人格和你的知識一樣重要，一名好的英語教師必須非常熱情，你必須愛你的學生和尊重他們，同時你也必須尊重你自己，並且以你的工作為自豪。 一名好的老師他必須善良，勇敢，並且樂於幫助孩子，你要讓你的孩子有一份內驅力，讓他們主動去學習，而不是被動去學。 我給大家講個真實的故事，去年我們班來了一個男孩，他的名字叫-劉磊，他看上去是那樣的沉默寡言，沒有同齡孩子的活潑與開朗，在上課的時候不敢大聲的回答問題，當我讓他到前面做對話的時候他甚至都大哭了一場，連看大家一眼都不敢，聲音低的就像在說耳語一樣，我深知這是他對自己沒有信心並且缺乏必要的鼓勵所造成的。所以，後來我每次上課都給他表現的機會，並且每次我都鼓勵他說：jake 你這次比上次有進步， 同時我也讓全班的同學一起為他鼓掌，我也告訴他的媽媽在家也多鼓勵孩子，只要看到他的進步就表揚他，一天一天的過去了，我驚喜的發現孩子真的進步了，現在他能主動舉手回答問題，主動的參與遊戲，成績也有了很大的提高。他媽媽很高興的告訴我他的孩子有進步了，每次從中信放學後總是喋喋不休的跟她說他學到了什麼，並且成績也是大幅度提高，我作為他的老師真的為他的進步而興奮，我體會到了空前的成就感！這種成就感是任何東西都代替不了的。 聖經裡有這樣一段話：愛是恆久忍耐，又有恩慈；凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐；愛是永不止息。
