4th Round Interview
Business game and Individual presentation(全英文面試)
在開始之前,不論能否進入Final interview,我還是想先誇讚一下Inbev。
Inbev的管培招聘是外包給Hudson的,整個流程非常專業;
從第一輪的筆試,到第二輪群面,再到第三輪的壓力面,第四輪的business game 和indi
vidual presentation,最後一輪的Final Interview。
招聘流程包含了招聘的所有基本環節,而且據我的瞭解,最開始群面就是從Hudson的經理
開始的,後面逐漸升級。(有一位師兄曾經比較過各家公司的招聘流程,有興趣的.可以查
資料看一下)
感言:能夠經歷這樣一個流程,可以說是找工作中彌足珍貴的經歷。

而後,我們就一起進入昨天(Dec 5th,2007 )的第四輪面試,第三面business game 和ind
ividual presentation。
This round interview was composed of business game and individual presentation
.
For me, it’s the first time to experience this kind of business game, so more
to learn than want to win the game.
In the game, we are separated into 3 teams, and each team consists of 4 member
s.
In all, teams compete with each other by results of the EBITDA, and the market
share of the products.
The steps of the game:
1. Team members choose the continent of your company;(Asia, Latin Pacific, Nor
th America are the three good choices);
2. then team member determine the price of the product, and how much money is
used to promote, and how many employees you need to hire;
3. there will be 5 rounds of determine the price and the promotion and the emp
loyee numbers, but sometimes there will be only 4 rounds, maybe the company wa
s acquired by another company, or bankrupted.
比較幸運,我們隊最後取得了勝利,而且發了inbev的襯衣,回來拆開看了是紅豆OEM的,
不錯不錯!再贊一個。

下面再談一下Individual Presentation,
這一部分還是比較簡單,時間分成兩段,開始先閱讀材料,材料中有2個問題,根據問題閱
讀材料並尋找答案;後一段做Presentation。
感覺更像案例分析,可以向面試官提問問題的,但是我忘記了。
Individual presentation總結:
1. 一定要把材料讀完,我就因為沒有注意一份材料,後面被challenge的要死;
2. 非經管專業的同學如果想轉管理類,一定要老早開始準備英語,我吃了大虧;平時交流
和Open questions沒有問題,但是到了Case Analysis死的很慘。

暫時寫到這裡吧,後面被大Boss challenge的要死,進Final的機會渺茫。
還是開始的話,非常感謝Inbev給我這樣的機會挑戰和學習很多,不論結果如何,
