職責描述:
主導創意頭腦風暴為節目創意設計大方向
Conduct Blue Sky Concept Disccussion
提供各專案地重要歷史,事件,人物,文化研究資料。
Provide research material for project sites ( local important events, characters, cultural etc )
編寫演藝活動或演出創意方案
Create creative proposal for content-driven events and shows
主導和監督設計完成演出所需的圖紙
Work with various designers on proposals for approvals.
負責各專案測算編寫
Budgeting and financial management, with emphasis on project-based profitability and ROI
根據演出需求負責提供最合適的合作方
To identify the most appropriate supplier for the production requested
參與考核和塞選合作方
Involve in vendor selection, management and supervision
參與及協助演藝運營手冊的編寫
Involve in supporting the development of Entertainment SOP
後期和乙方合作確保創意概念一致性
Work with vendor to ensure creative intent is followed through.
任職要求:
至少5年以上在劇場,大型商業活動,主題公園領域從事演藝策劃工作的經驗
Min. 5 years and above experience in Theatre, Events, Themepark industry
有演出策劃經驗
Experience with Producing
有帶領團隊完成專案的經驗
Experience with leading a team for a project
參與專案從概念階段到完成階段
Worked on projects from conception to completion.
對西方和中國藝術設計元素有深入瞭解和認識
In depth understanding on both Western and Chinese art aesthetics.
英文能力為最佳
English capabilities is a huge bonus.
