週期結構中光學聲子的色散關係

摘要:本文詳細的討論了1些週期結構的`色散關係。首先本文利用牛頓定理推導了1個原胞內含有2個原子的1維和2維週期性結構的色散關係,接著利用黃昆方程和靜電學理論討論了A/B型週期結構,A/B/C型週期結構的光學聲子的色散關係和A/B型週期結構中含缺陷的巨集觀介面光學聲子的色散關係。

The dispersion relations of optics phonon In periodic structure

Abstract:Some dispersion relations of optics phonon in periodic structure are studied in detail in the first, the dispersion relations of optics phonon in one-dimensional and the two-dimensional periodic structure which is maked up of cellulars which contain two atoms are studied by Newton’ ,dispersion relations of optics phonon in A/ B periodic structure amd A/B/ C periodic structure and the macro- surface dispersion relations of optics phonon in A/ B periodic structure contains defact are studied by the Huang Kun equationand and electrostatics theory.
